When will I receive my order?

Each item is made just for you once you place your order, so shipping times are a little different from big-box stores. Most orders ship out within 2–7 business days (Check Item Detail Page for Further Details), and delivery times vary based on location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way!

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because each product is made to order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges unless there’s something wrong with the item. But don’t worry—if your order arrives damaged or with a printing issue, I’ll make it right! Just send a photo and we’ll take care of it.

Do you offer custom designs or personalization?

Not at the moment, but it’s something I’m working on adding soon! If there’s something you'd love to see in the shop, feel free to send a message—I love hearing your ideas!

Why does my item smell a little funny when it arrives?

Great question! Sometimes print-on-demand products have a slight scent from the printing process when they first arrive. It’s totally normal and will disappear after the first wash or a bit of time out of the packaging.
